These are in JPG format, so there
will naturally
be speckled artifacts visible. All work was
originally done in FreeHand as vector art
with the exception of relief shading for
the Banten map, which was done in

Banten
is the western tip of Java, and includes the famous island
volcano Krakatau. This map also shows a part of Sumatra island.
This is from a Java-Bali Road Atlas published by CV. Globalink
Enterprise in Indonesia. The language is Indonesian.
Central
Coast Sydney is taken from a travel guidebook published
in Sydney by TW Media Pty Ltd. Original size is 100 x 100 mm.
Sydney
City Centre is also from the same guidebook. It shows the area
adjacent to Hyde Park, and many governmental buildings are located
in this area. The area is served by several subway routes.
Hong
Kong and Taipa
Macau maps are from WorldMine.Com
web site. The company went bankrupt and none of the maps are
currently on the Web. These were produced as Flash maps (in
SWF format), but were static maps with no Flash animation.
Solo
Java is a section of
a city map of Solo (also known as
Surakarta), a former Royal city that was the host of two
kingdoms while the Dutch held the political reins of the
region, such that arts and culture flourished without the
petty disputes that had plagued these small kingdoms
prior to the Dutch colonization.
